Step 1

Visit St. Malachy School

Before applying to St. Malachy, we recommend that all families interested in joining attend an Open House or arrange a tour with our admissions team. To book a tour, please feel free to complete the form provided on our website or contact our office via phone or email.

Step 2

Complete Registration Packet

Complete our Online Registration Form, and submit the following documentation, which will also be needed for the application process:

• Child's original birth certificate

• Your child's most recent report cards and standardized test scores (transfer students)

• Immunization, Physical, Dental & Vision Examination Forms

Step 3

Apply for a Scholarship

St. Malachy is committed to offering a Catholic education to families interested, with the backing of donors and partnerships like the Big Shoulders Fund. We work closely with families to assist them in accessing scholarship opportunities. To be eligible for a scholarship, you must also complete our Scholarship Form application.

Step 4

Apply for Daycare Action/ Illinois Action for Children (CCAP)

Families who may qualify for childcare assistance are encouraged to apply through Daycare Action / Illinois Action for Children (CCAP). This program may help cover childcare expenses for before and after-school care services
