Returning Families:

1. Please schedule a time to come in to verify or make changes to your forms.
2. Pay your registration fee of $125 online. You may also visit the main office or call Mrs. Strauder at 312-733-2252 Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
3. IF YOU NEED FINANCIAL AID - Log in to FACTS.
   On the right side of the page, click “Start Application.” You will need your tax return information to complete this process. There is a $35 nonrefundable fee.
4. Mrs. Corona will contact you to come in and sign the registration documents that will complete your registration. Please bring any additional documents (immunization records, physicals, prescription updates, IEP documentation, etc.) when you come for this in-person registration session. Note your registration will not be finalized until all documents are submitted.
