1. Please schedule a time to verify or change your forms.
2. Pay your registration fee of $125 in the main office or call Mrs. Strauder at 312-733-2252.
3. If you need to apply for financial aid, please log in to FACTS, and on the right side of the page, click “Start Application.” You will need your tax return information to complete this process. There is a $35 nonrefundable fee.
4. Mrs. Corona will contact you to come in and sign the registration documents that will complete your registration. Please bring any additional documents (immunization records, physicals, prescription updates, IEP documentation, etc.) when you come for this in-person registration session. Note your registration will be finalized once all documents are submitted.
